Admitted students recently heard it is time for students to make the important decision of where to go to college that they are part of the Trojan Family and now. At USC, we have many programs for students getting one last appearance before they make their choice.
Often times pupils may think it’s pointless in the future to campus in April should they went on a trip their junior or senior year. Nevertheless, it can absolutely be worth your time to go to campus within the context as an admitted student. Whenever you take a tour as a potential student, you are coming to campus to take into account using to USC. Is this a possibility? May I see myself here? Mythbuster: I’ve been admitted to spring, therefore I’m waitlisted
The Myth: we’m a spring acknowledge, so I’m fundamentally waitlisted.
The Verdict: No! You’re admitted to USC!
Every year, USC admits students to the spring semester, expecting to enlist about 300-500 of those students. Many people assume spring admission is our waitlist. And although we might be able to move some of the learning students to the fall semester, spring admission just isn’t a waitlist. Spring admission is an admission offer to USC.
So why do it is done by us? Well, every year we understand there are students leaving in the spring semester by either graduating early or studying abroad. We also have a very admission that is competitive at USC, so we can never acknowledge most of the wonderful students whom connect with USC. So spring admission permits us to admit even more of the incredible students we wish at USC because we understand we will have more space available in the spring semester.
Spring admits aren’t any less important to USC than students admitted to the fall or students who transfer to USC after two or more semesters of university elsewhere. Spring admits are as much USC students as any other Trojan, and we wish them at USC as just about any Trojan. Arriving at USC in the spring gives you to start your college experience in a way that is unique. You can ease to the university transition by taking classes at a community college that is local. It is possible to explore the globe through a research abroad program. You can even have a break from the grind and enjoy a month or two off of school!

Dear Admitted Transfer Students…
Many transfer students are beginning to hear from us with choices. If you haven’t already, don’t panic. We will contact every person by June 1st with either a request for spring grades or perhaps a decision. Which basically means more waiting…sorry. For all of you have currently been admitted, or are wondering exactly what the steps that are next be if you are admitted, this web site’s for you.
- In your letter of admission, you’ve probably noticed that it says you need to submit your Enrollment Commitment deposit by June 1st or within two weeks of receiving your admission page. This means, you have until June 1st to decide if you receive the admission decision before June 1stst
- Fill in the FAFSA therefore the CSS profile ASAP, if not already completed. We do not want your capability to invest in USC become held up by financial aid. The sooner we have these documents, the faster we can get you the information.
- Submit your housing application. Although housing is not guaranteed for transfer students, there is some availability. The sooner you apply, the greater the probabilities. You are able to submit your housing application prior to the commitment deposit. USC also has student that is off-campus, therefore do not forget to check those options too.
- Sign up for Orientation 5-7 company days after your submit your commitment deposit. You will receive an email aided by the link.
- Send all final official transcripts from your own most recent term in college.
- Get SUPER excited because you’re a Trojan!
